Pratapgarh (Hindi: प्रतापगढ़ Pratapgarh [ prʌtɑ ː pɡʌɽ ʱ ]; earlier Partabgarh ) is a town in the Indian state of Rajasthan in a predominantly rural area with tribal population. It has 35.414 inhabitants ( 2001 census ) and is the capital of the district is named after her.
From 1689 to 1956 she was the center of the princely state of Pratapgarh.
