Chanodichthys erythropterus (syn. Culter erythropterus ) is a predatory fish carp from Asia. He is called in Hong Kong in Cantonese Bak Ue, in China翘 嘴 红 鲌, Korea 백조어, Russia Обыкновенный верхогляд Verchogljad, in English Predatory Carp, Common Skygazer or Redfin Culter.

Description

Chanodichthys erythropterus has an elongated and streamlined body, relatively large and well-developed eyes and a long anal fin. The average length is 40 centimeters.
