Přestavlky (Litoměřice District)

Přestavlky ( German Pschestawlk ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located five kilometers south-west of Roudnice and belongs to Okres Litoměřice.

Geography

The village is located in the hollow of Mírné Údolí on the board between the valleys of the Elbe and Eger. To the east of the town run the D8/Europastraße 55 highway with the exit 29 " Roudnice " in the south and State Road 608 between Veltrusy and Terezín along. North leads the state road 246 from Roudnice nad Ohri after Budyně over.

Neighboring towns are Dušníky in the north, and Podlusky Hracholusky in the northeast, Kleneč the southeast, Račiněves in the south, Pohořice, Martiněves and Vrbka the southwest, nad Ohri Budyně in the west and Nížebohy in the northwest.

History

The first mention was made in 1227 as a possession of the monastery of St. George in Prague. After the Hussite Wars, the village came to power nad Ohri Budyně and thus belonged to the possessions of the Sternberger and from 1676 the Dietrichsteiner. After the replacement of patrimonial Přestavlky 1848 an independent village. The inhabitants of the place lived by agriculture.

In 1981 Přestavlky was incorporated into nad Ohri Budyně. Since 26 September 1990, the place is a municipality again. In 1993 the village had 218 inhabitants.
