Preston Zimmerman

Preston Mark Zimmerman ( born November 21, 1988 in Auburn, Washington) is an American football player with U.S. and German citizenship, which plays in the Association League West for the TSV Schott Mainz.

Career

Zimmerman began his career in Washington Crossfire Premier, where he played until 2004. From 2004 to 2006 he was at the IGM Soccer Academy. For the season 2006/ 07 he moved to Seattle at the Hibernian Saints in the Pacific Coast Soccer League. In 2007 he left the team again in order to make the leap to Europe and to sign Hamburger SV in the reserve team of the German Bundesliga.

On 1 September 2008 the Kapfenberg SV Zimmerman committed shortly before the transfer deadline. He received a two- year contract.
