Prince's Island Park (Calgary)

Iceland Prince's Park is a leisure and recreation park north of downtown Calgary in Alberta, Canada. The park is located on an island in the Bow River.

The park was named the founder of the Eau Claire Lumber Mill after Peter Anthony Prince. It was created in 1947 by the Prince family. The park has an area of ​​20 hectares and over several pedestrian bridges leading directly to downtown Calgary. He offers green spaces and parks, benches and a view of the skyline of Calgary. In the park, Canada geese and mallards have settled.
