The Prince Edward Iceland Route 1 is part of the Trans-Canada Highway. The highway begins in the middle of the Confederation Bridge on the border of New Brunswick and ends at the ferry port of Wood Iceland, from where Caribou is underway in Nova Scotia; there, the Trans-Canada Highway has its continuation as a Nova Scotia Highway 106

Route

The Confederation Bridge between the Canadian mainland and Prince Edward Iceland marks the beginning of the highway dar. It is an extension of the New Brunswick Route 16 The route in the district of Port Borden of Borden-Carleton community on land. The highway leads to the northeast, to turn in Albany Corner to the southeast and to develop the communities in the coastal area. The highway leading to the capital of the province, Charlottetown, Charlottetown south past the airport and from there to the east. The end is located in Woodbridge Iceland at the local ferry terminal.
