Princess Elisabeth of Savoy
Elisabeth of Savoy Maria Francesca Elisabetta Carlotta Giuseppina ( born April 13, 1800 Paris, † December 25, 1856 in Bolzano ) was a Princess of Savoy and the aunt and mother of Victor Emmanuel, the first king of united Italy.
Maria Francesca Elisabetta Carlotta Giuseppina was III. , Born in Paris, the daughter of Charles Emmanuel, Prince of Carignan (1770-1800) and Maria Christina Albertina Carolina, self- granddaughter of Friedrich August II. / August. She had an older brother, Charles Albert, the future King of Sardinia.
On May 28, 1820 was in Prague to Rainer Joseph of Austria, Viceroy of the Kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia, married. From this marriage the following children were born:

Elizabeth died in Bolzano on Christmas Day 1856.
