Přísečná

Přísečná ( German Prisnitz ) is a municipality with 202 inhabitants ( 2006) in the Czech Republic. It is located three kilometers north-east of Český Krumlov and belongs to Okres Český Krumlov. The land area is 626 ha

Geography

The place is located in 535 m asl at the foot of Blanský above the Vltava River valley. Through the town, the state highway runs 39 between Český Krumlov and Kamenný Újezd ​​.

Neighboring towns are Srnín in the north, and Rájov Černice in the northeast, Svachova Lhotka in the east, in the southeast and Chabičovice Domoradice and Český Krumlov, in the southwest,

History

For the first time the city in 1400 was mentioned as Przieseczna documented.

The former district Domoradice was incorporated in the second half of the 20th century to Cesky Krumlov.
