Private (Band)

Private is a pop music trio from Denmark consisting of Danish producer Thomas Troelsen, guitarist Asger Tarpgaard and singer Tanja Simonsen. Although the style is clearly inspired by the New Wave sound of the '80s, the young age of the songs can be seen on the modern, clean sound. The debut album " My Secret Lover " was produced by Troelsen in Copenhagen and New York City, and Jason Boshoff ( Basement Jaxx, David Gray) in London mastered. The first single from the eponymous album reached # 1 on the Danish singles, airplay and download charts and also received many good reviews.
