Qimin yaoshu

Qimin yaoshu (Chinese齐 民 要 术, The most important techniques for the general welfare of the people ') is an important for the history of Chinese eating and drinking culture agricultural manual from China in the 6th century. Its author is Sixie Jia (Chinese贾思勰) from the Northern Wei Dynasty.
