Qingdao Jonoon F.C.

The Qingdao Jonoon is a football club based in Qingdao in China. The club plays in the Chinese Super League, the top division of the country. Play their home games in the club from Qingdao Tiantai Stadium.

Club history

The club in 1990 as Shandong Economic and Trade Commission FC was founded. In 1993 it was renamed Qingdao Yizhong, and the club was professional. Since 2008, the association now called Qingdao Jonoon. He is since 2004 owned by the cable manufacturer Qingdao Jonoon. The first promotion to the top league was 1994. 1995 the club was relegated as second to last, after only one year in the first league again in the second league from. 2002 then managed the second ascent in the club's history. By winning the Chinese Association Cup, in 2002, succeeded the biggest success in club history.

The 2009 season ended the club in 13th place the following season, the club also reached the 14th place just a bad score, but was able to secure the league.
