Qlimax

The Qlimax (derivation of climax, engl. " Climax ") is an annual event organized by the Hardstyle scene in Belgium and the Netherlands. The Dutch Qlimax is held every year on a weekend of November in the Gelredome in Arnhem, shortly thereafter followed until 2007, the Belgian version. The event will also be marketed on DVD, Blu -ray Disc and audio CD.

General

Qlimax is organized by Q- Dance, which mainly aligns major events in the Netherlands. There were annual 25000-30000 visitors. Since 2009, there are 35,000.

Generally, there is the line-up from a hard trance DJ who opened the event, a Jumpstyle-DJ/Early Hardstyle Dj, five or more hardstyle DJ's and a hardcore techno DJ, which ends the show. The sequence of the shows is always the same with minor differences, but always with a different theme. These topics are processed within the meaning of Hardcore Techno and Hard styles in dark styles and tell it a story that is divided into several chapters, each introduced by an intro. The intros also serve to introduce the DJs. The DJs reside on a raised stage in front of the spectators. The stage set is different every year designed and set by multiple lasers, projectors, scanners, Clipper and fireworks scene.

Qlimax is the meeting place of many cultures and nationalities and not rare to come across guests who are more than 20 hours to go Qlimax, or even traveling by plane. The event duration is usually 9 hours (22 clock - clock 7 ).

Tickets for the event have become increasingly in demand over the years. It took another week until 2006 to sell out all the cards in 2008 were sold out within two hours. In 2009, about 35,000 tickets were sold out after only one and a half hours. In 2010 it took an hour were sold until all the cards. 2013 were the tickets sold out in one hour and 29 minutes.
