The Belgian Ring 3 is a Belgian highway that leads as urban motorway to the south of Charleroi. It begins in Gouy- lez- Piéton and ends in Heppignies. To the north of the motorway ring is formed by the east- west connection A15/E42, the R3 is like a horseshoe around the city. Within lies the small town ring R9.
