Rääsa is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Maidla ( Maidla vald ). It is located in Ida -Viru county (East Wierland ) in northeastern Estonia.

The village has 34 inhabitants ( 2000).

Rääsa is a typical environment for the forest village. 1769 the village school of Rääsa was founded.

Archaeologists have south of the school building exposed an underground cemetery, which points to an early settlement. He is under national protection of cultural property.
