Rabee Al-Madkhali

Rabī ʿ ibn al - Hādī Madchalī (Arabic ربيع بن هادي عمير المدخلي / Rabī ʿ b al - Hādī Madkhali, . Born 1931 ) is considered one of the most radical thinkers of the Salafi movement, he is the founder of the movement of the Madchalismus (English Madkhalism ).

He comes from near Samitah in Jizan in the south of Saudi Arabia and is an influential writer and speaker whose influence has led to an independent faction within Salafism. Al- Madchalis followers are called Madchali ( Madhkali ) - Salafists and form one of the most important and influential activities in the Salafi movement.

He closed his education first at the educational institution of Samitah in his home from then he stepped briefly into the Sharia Faculty in Riyadh. After the opening of the Islamic University of Medina, he studied at the Sharia Faculty. Among his teachers were there: the former Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh 'Abdul - ' Azeez Ibn 'Abdullaah Ibn Baaz (Al- Aqeedah al - Tahawiyyah ), Shaykh Muhammad Nasir ad-Din al - Albani ( hadith science; chain of narrators ), Shaykh 'Abdul - Muhsin al-' Abbad ( fiqh, especially " Bidāyat al - mujtahid " ), al - Hafidh and mufassir Sheikh Muhammad al-Amin al- Schanqiti ( Tafsir and principles of Fiqh ), Sheikh Salih al-' Iraqi ( al-' Aqeedah / Islamic doctrine ), and hadith scholar Sheikh ' Abdul - Gaffar Hassan al - Hindi ( hadith science, and its terms ). He then studied at the Umm al - Qura University and further then returned to the University to Medina.

He in one of the newer lists of the 500 most influential Muslims of the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim- Christian Understanding at Georgetown University and the Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre of Jordan listed.
