RÄ…binko

Rąbinko ( German Klein Rambin ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is located 15 kilometers south of Białogard ( Belgard ) in the powiat Świdwiński and belongs to the rural community Rabino ( United Rambin ).

History

(Also called " stein " ) The Pomeranian and the former Belgard county associated community Klein Rambin and her Vorwerk Sophienruh is the manor and farming village. On August 8, 1783 Manor, an old feud was those sold by Podewils, Carl Ernst von Gröben. In the following years it often changed its owners until in 1912 came to the family of Albert Hoffmann, who owned it until 1945. In addition to the good and the Gutsbrennerei there were eight more yards on the ground and four more managed sideline small businesses. In the year 1856 274 inhabitants were counted in 28 houses in small Rambin.

Small Rambin was on the county road, the United Rambin with Belgard Association. Nearest railway station was two kilometers away large Rambin at the Reichsbahn Berlin - Stettin - Pomerania - Gdansk - Kaliningrad. The Muglitz (now Polish: Mogilica ) flows through the small Rambiner field marks. The village belonged until 1945 to the official and the civil registry district Great Rambin. Last incumbents were George and John Maass Steltner and Walter Schulz.

On 3 March 1945, the Red Army marched into small Rambin. Numerous buildings, including the castle were destroyed. The incumbent mayor was shot and burned down his house. As a result of the Second World War the city became part of Poland and the German population was expelled.

Today Rąbinko is a part of the rural municipality ( gmina wiejska ) Rabino.

Church

Small Rambin had no church of its own and was oriented to Arnhausen (now Lipie ). In 1914, the United Rambin was raised to build a church community, her small Rambin has been assigned. It was a daughter church in the parish Arnhausen that the church Belgard ( Ecclesiastical Province of Pomerania the Evangelical Church of the Old Prussian Union) belonged.

1927 a church was built in the United Rambin, which is also the church of the small Rambiner was then. School

1856 Small Rambin had its own schoolhouse. The einklassige village school was last conducted by the teachers Beckmann, Blank and Kesecki.
