The Hockey department of the French sports club Racing Club de France in Paris existed from the 1930s to the 1960s.

History

The Hockey Division of the Racing Club de France was founded in the 1930s. In the 1931/32 season, the team reached the finals for the first time the highest French Hockey League, defeated Stade Français in this but with 2:3 after extra time. In the following season the Racing Club defeated the same opponent similar nearly 0-1 in the championship final. Also the third attempt in the 1943/44 season, however, the Chamonix Hockey Club defeated the team in the championship final, this time, and although clearly with 0:5. Biggest success of the club's history was winning the French league title in the seasons 1949/50 and 1950 /51. Recently took over the team in 1962/ 63 on the game operation of the highest French league part.
