Rádio Popular-Onda

Rádio Popular Onda is a Portuguese cycling team based in Porto.

The team is an offshoot of the top Portuguese football club Boavista Porto. Sponsor was 2008-2010 Madeinox previously were, among others Recer, Riberalves and long time Carvalhelhos namesake. They have since 2005 a license as a Continental team and are mainly engaged in the UCI Europe Tour races, especially on the Iberian Peninsula. Manager José dos Santos, who is assisted by Luis Machado. The team is equipped with bikes of the brand Masil. The team is not clear from the Continental team Riberalves - Alcobaca, the sponsor has changed. In the season 2008-2010 the team went to a merger with Madeinox bric - Loulé under the name Madeinox - Boavista. From 2011 to 2012, based in Porto sportswear manufacturer Onda was the main sponsor and the team name was Onda. Since 2013 the team is called Rádio Popular Onda.
