Radňoves

Radňoves ( German Radnowes, also Radniowes ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located eleven kilometers north of Velka Bites and belongs to Okres Zdar nad Sázavou.

Geography

Radňoves is located on the right side above the valley of Libochovka in the belonging to the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands Highlands Křižanovská ( Krischanauer Bergland ). To the northeast, the Václavův rises Krib (534 m) and in the south of Strážnice ( 583 m).

Neighboring towns are Meziboří in the north, and Borky Víckov in the northeast, Vratislávka in the east, Jeřábkův Mlýn in Vidonín to the southeast, and Rozseč Milešín in the south, Heřmanov in the southwest and Nová Ves and Dolni Libochová in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of Radinaves place in the year 1264. 1269 gave Smil of Lichtenburg the village to the Cistercian monastery Saar. Radňoves was in the middle of the 14th century part of the rule Křižanov. Henricus de Ossaw sold it in 1365 to Hroznata of Cholův. Subsequent owners were the end of the 14th century, the Vladiken of Radňoves. 1589 items were connected to the rule Mitrov. After the Battle of White Mountain Mitrov was confiscated. After Johann Jacob Graf Magni acquired the dominion and closed it on to Moravec. 1630 sold Magni the reigns to the Bergamesco family. These they sold in 1756 to Franz Josef Freiherr von Toussaint on Schönau. His son Philip, who had inherited the property in 1772, squandered his money in Vienna. Until 1848 Radňoves remained connected to Mitrov. The inhabitants lived by agriculture. It is believed that alongside this wagon grease was prepared in the village because the people of Radňoves be considered with the Necknamen kolomazníci ( car greaser ).

After the abolition of patrimonial Radňoves formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team United Meseritsch in Jihlava District. 1869 lived 231 people in Radňoves. In 1874, the village school was built. 1894, founded the Community Volunteer Fire Department of Vidonín and Radňoves. 1880, the village had 217 inhabitants and in 1900 there were 196 in 1927 parted both fire departments. In the same year the fire department Radňoves acquired a horse-drawn and hand -to-use four-wheel pressure - and suction syringe, which is still operational today. As of 1949, the village belonged to Okres Velka Bites. At the beginning of 1961 the village was assigned to the Okres Zdar nad Sázavou. Between 1971 and 1990 Radňoves was incorporated to Vidonín.

Nationwide became famous for the village by his fire brigade competitions. Every year in June, the competition for the trophy of the fire Radňoves takes place. Another match took place in August in historic fire-fighting equipment.
