Radňovice

Radňovice ( German Radniowitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located three kilometers west of Nové Město na Moravě and belongs to Okres Zdar nad Sázavou.

Geography

Radňovice is located south of Saarer mountains. To the northeast, the Harusův rises Kopec ( 741 m) and to the east of the Šibenice (706 m). By Radňovice leads the state road I/19 between Zdar nad Sázavou and Nové Město na Moravě. On the southern outskirts of the village the railway Zdar nad Sázavou runs - Tišnov, there is also the station Radňovice.

Neighboring towns are Jiříkovice in the north, Zahradníkův Kout and Mercedeska in the northeast, Nové Město na Moravě in the east, Beranice and Petrovice the southeast, Slavkovice in the south, Veselíčko the southwest, Plíčky and Zdar nad Sázavou in the west and Vysoke and Lhotka in the northwest.

History

The village was probably founded in the 13th century and belonged to the estates of Lichtenburg. The first written mention of Rednowiz took place in 1269, as Smil of Lichtenburg gave the place along with Jursichowiz ( Jiříkovice ) the Cistercian monastery Saar. After the establishment of the parish in Nove Mesto Radnowicz came to their parish. When the Neustadtler pastor claimed the tithe of Radnowicz, a dispute arose with the monastery, which was in 1397 attaches in Prague court in favor of the Order. In the monastic land register of 1407 14 tributary subjects are listed for Radnyowieze, there was also in place an open court. 1465, the village had 360 inhabitants and consisted of 57 houses. In 1667, the first local label is detectable, which is a tree. 1805 355 people lived in the village. Started in 1838 in Radňovice the school, the children of the Jiříkovice visited.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Radňovice 1850 a municipality in the administrative district of Nove Mesto. After the fire, the school in 1863, this was set up jointly by the municipalities Jiříkovice and Radňovice again. 1891 lived 380 people in the 63 houses of the village. 1895, the road was built by Jiříkovice. In 1900, the volunteer fire brigade was founded. Between 1903 and 1905 the local train Deutschbrod - Tischnowitz built the railway from Saar to Tischnowitz. 1949 Radňovice was assigned to the Okres Zdar nad Sázavou. Between 1980 and 1990 the village was incorporated to Nové Město na Moravě. The community Radňovice today consists of 103 houses and leads a coat of arms.
