Rakaca is a town in Borsod -Abaúj -Zemplén
Geography
Rakaca lies in northern Hungary, 67 km north of Miskolc. Neighboring municipalities are Rakacaszend 6 km, 5 km and Szászfa Viszló 4 km away. The nearest town is 24 km from Szendrő Rakaca.
In the municipality a gray, banded marble was mined. He served on stone carvings and as a source for Road-Building Materials. The quarries are now abandoned.
