Ralf Außem
Ralf Aussem ( born September 1, 1960 in Manheim ) is a German football player and coach. He grew up in Thum.
Career
The attempt by the defender to launch a major career in the Bundesliga 1 FC Cologne 1 was already failed after one year. Only two minutes on May 24, 1980 game at Werder Bremen (Cologne won 5-0 ) were granted to him. In the 88th minute coach Karl -Heinz Heddergott joined him for a defender Dieter Prestin. But he made himself in the 2nd Bundesliga at local rivals SC Fortuna Köln a name. About the stations SC Viktoria Cologne and Hanover 96 in 1984, he came to the Fortuna. For seven years, where he completed 193 second league games, he was active for this club. A return to the top flight of German football was denied him. Overall, Ralf Aussem can look back on 318 second-division games in which he scored 23 goals.
After his active career as a player he was in charge from January 2002 to June 2004, together with his colleague Dieter Epstein as manager, the team of Fortuna Köln. April 16, 2007 Aussem took over for the rest of the season again as coach of the then Association division Fortuna Cologne.
In June 2007, Ralf Aussem was committed as the new assistant coach for the 2007/08 season of Rot-Weiss Essen in the Regionalliga Nord. In the 2009/10 season Aussem formed together with Uwe Erkenbrecher a coaching duo with two equal trainers. Then took Aussem for season 2010/ 11, the second team of Alemannia Aachen.
In September 2011 Aussem took over after the leave Peter Hyballas for a game taking care of the first team .. On April 1st, 2012 gave Alemannia Aachen known that Aussem take over after the leave the previous head coach Friedhelm glitter the first team until the end of season as interim coach will. In the remaining six games, he gave Aachen three of only six wins this season. The very next day the descent Aussem was officially confirmed as a coach for the upcoming third league season (2012 /13). After a weak start to the season 2012/13 Aussem but was again released in early September 2012. Early 2013, he was following the resignation of Wolfgang Jerat coach of FC Viktoria Köln. The contract went to the end of the season, before the last matchday of the 2012/13 season he was made redundant. Thereafter, Ralf Aussem coach of the U16 of the 1st FC Cologne
