Ramón Ernesto Cruz Uclés

Ramón Ernesto Cruz Uclés ( born January 4, 1903 in San Juan de Flores, † August 6, 1985 in Tegucigalpa ) was on June 7, 1971 to December 4, 1972 President of Honduras.

After attending school in San Juan de Flores Cruz went to Tegucigalpa, where they can complete his education. In the years 1921/22, he trained as a teacher and got a job at the Escuela de Varones de San Juancito in the department of Francisco Morazán. Cruz received his doctorate in natural sciences and law at the National Autonomous University of Honduras and was from 1949-1964 a member of the Supreme Court of Honduras. In addition, he was also a member of the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

As early as 1963 was presidential candidate of the Partido Nacional Cruz de Honduras (PN ), but there was general Oswaldo López Arellano to power.
