Rank 1

Rank 1 is the joint project of the two Dutch trance producer Piet Bervoets and Benno de Goeij. The duo is one of the most successful trance projects from the Netherlands.

Career

Piet Bervoets and Benno De Goeij met in 1997 at the party of a mutual friend. After the first publication, in 1998, the name Rank 1 The biggest hit of her career succeeded both in the spring of 2000, when they reached the top ten of the UK Singles Chart with their single Airwave. It was followed by numerous club hits, including the remix of superstring Cygnus X. appeared in 2002 under the title Symsonic the first album of the two.

In addition to her own recordings, Rank 1 made ​​a name with remixes for other artists, including names like System F, a pseudonym of Ferry Corsten ( Cry ), Baby D ( Let me be your fantasy ) and Push ( Journey of Life).
