Description

The stems are erect or ascending and glabrous or rauhaarig. You are not rooted at the nodes. The roots are smooth and thin or thickened fusiform at the base. The leaf blades of the basal leaves are pointed at their base. The lower stem leaves are 1.8 to 14.1 × 0.7 to 2.9 centimeters long, lanceolate, ovate or elliptic, entire or finely serrated, pointed at the leaf base and rounded to acuminate to obtuse at the blade tip. The bracts are lanceolate. The Rezeptakel is hairless. The 5 sepals are 2-6 × 1-4 mm tall, glabrous or rauhaarig and spread out or bent at the base. The 5 to 12 petals are 5-14 × 2-8 mm in size. The nectar scales are smooth. The heads of achenes are 3-7 × 4-8 mm in size and hemispherical or spherical.
