Music Video

The music video was filmed in Manhattan 's East Village. At the beginning of the video, a man dressed in white is (played by Fab 5 Freddy ) dancing to a window; there takes place a party. During a walking tour Deborah Harry sings the song there as well as in the inner city, and saith to the DJ the party. Afterwards, some scenes repeat in fade-outs. In the city the members of Blondie and the white male dressed to go to a club, which they leave at the end. In 1981 this was the first rap video that aired on MTV.
