Ras el Ma, Arabic راس الما, also Ras Kebdana, is a small town in north -eastern Morocco with a population of 4368 (calculated 2009).

Ras el Ma is located in the province of Nador, about 60 km due east of the provincial capital of Nador and about 20 kilometers west of the border town of Saidia to Algeria north of the Rif Mountains at the Cap de l' Eau. There is a fishing port on the headland north of the town. Fishing is the main source of income. Towards the east begins a 6 km long sandy beach, which is visited on weekends by local daily travelers Nador. Between Ras el Ma and Saidia stretches along the coast balancing a nature reserve with the mouth of the Moulouya and a freshwater lagoon.
