Rashad Sadygov
Rəşad Fərhad oglu Sadiqov ( in German often Rashad Sadigow written; born June 16, 1982 in Baku, AsSSR ) is an Azerbaijani footballer and captain of the Azerbaijan national team. Currently, he is the Azerbaijani first division club Qarabağ Aghdam under contract.
Youth
Rəşad began during his school days at the sports school for youth football to play football. At this time he played in Baku for Şərur, for the football team of the Azerbaijani Air Force and Real Baku.
Career
He signed his first professional contract in 1999 Turan Tavuz, played there but only 9 times. At the end of the 2000/01 season the defender moved to Neftchi Baku. In 2002, he played in Iran for Foolad Ahvaz. After his return to Neftçi Rashad won the national league and cup double and had continued success by talking about was the first qualifying round of the Champions League with the black and whites. He played 8 times at European level for Neftçi: 2 times Qualification UEFA Cup 2001/ 02, 2 times qualification Champions League 2004/ 05, 4 times Champions League Qualification 2005/06. He moved to Turkey to 2005/ 06 playing for Kayserispor. He planned to return to actually Neftchi. But the Azerbaijani Football Association concluded the transfer list earlier so that Sadiqov briefly switch to basketball and played for a time when Azerbaijan NTD service Dewon as a defender. In his first game he even made 13 points. During the winter break of the season 2008/ 09 he moved from PFC Neftchi Baku to the Turkish first division club Kocaelispor. After a year he returned to Azerbaijan for Qarabağ Aghdam. Shortly before the end of the transfer window of the season 2010/11 international joined again in Turkey, this time to Eskişehirspor. Here he had a contract until 2012. Afterwards it went for him back to Qarabağ Aghdam, where he plays to this day.
National
Sadiqov has long played for his country in the national soccer team. First, in the U18 national team, then in the U21 national team. Since 2001, he has already played 85 games in which he scored 4 goals, one of them. Against Wales in the qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup 2006 4 September 2004
