Ray Dorset ( born March 21, 1946 in Ashford, Kent, England), full name is Raymond Edward Dorset, was known as the frontman, vocalist and songwriter of the band Mungo Jerry, with whom he numerous hits like In the Summertime, Baby Jump, Lady Alright Alright Alright rose or had.

History

Early on Dorset interested in skiffle and blues. At age 14 years he played as a singing guitarist in various bands.
