Rebecca Gibney
Rebecca Catherine Gibney ( born December 14, 1964 in Levin, New Zealand ) is a New Zealand actress.

Rebecca Gibney is the youngest of six children of the gardener Austin Gibney and his wife Shirley. The family moved shortly after Rebecca's birth to Wellington.
Really wanted the enthusiastic athlete, who was third best trampoline gymnast their country once, to be a nurse, worked after school but first as a model. In 1984 she moved to Australia, where they began to take elocution lessons to overcome their hard accent. This paid off very quickly when she got her first major television role in the children's series Zoo Family after some minor supporting roles in 1985.
In the same year had Gibney her breakthrough in The Flying Doctors, such a popular and successful Australian television series about the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia. Gibney from 1992 to 1995, lead singer and guitarist of Australian rock group Southern Sons, Jack Jones, married. In 2001 she married production designer Richard Bell. The couple has a son.
