Regional Studies (journal)

Regional Studies is a peer -reviewed economics journal, whose themes range of regional science - including the city of Economics - is and will be issued with a frequency of ten issues per year by the British publisher Taylor & Francis. Regional Studies is the official journal of the Regional Studies Association, was established in 1967.

Content

Regional Studies sees itself as a leading international journal for theoretical development, empirical analysis and policy debate in the multi-and interdisciplinary field of Regional Science. Regional Studies contains articles on the economic, environmental, political and social aspects of change, regional ( sub-national ) development and policy.

Editing

Editors of Regional Studies are Arnoud Lagendijk ( Radboud University Nijmegen), Deputy by Ron Boschma ( Utrecht University ) and supported by ten other editors as well as specialized editors for the special parts of Regional Studies.

In economics publication ranking of the Tinbergen Institute at the University of Amsterdam ('good scientific journals for all research fields of the Tinbergen Institute " ) is performed, the Journal of Urban Economics in category B.
