Regular script

The regular script (Chinese楷书, Pinyin Kǎishū, Japanese楷书, Kaisho ) is one of the five main categories of Chinese calligraphy. The kaishu was developed based on the normal type of the Han Dynasty of Zhong Yao. Today they are called " standard script " ( Zhengkai ). The best known, however, is the rule by the famous calligrapher Wang Xizhi of the Jin Dynasty. The script had its heyday in the Tang Dynasty. Famous calligrapher founded their own schools of calligraphy, which took a long lasting impact on the history of Chinese calligraphy.
