Reily Township is one of thirteen townships of Butler County in the U.S. state of Ohio. According to the census in 2000 2568 inhabitants were registered here.

Geography

Reily Township is located in the extreme west of the Butler County in southwest Ohio, on the west by Indiana and clockwise in the townships: Oxford Township, Milford Township, Hanover Township, Ross Township, Morgan Township, Whitewater Township, Franklin County (Indiana ) Springfield Township (Franklin County, Indiana) and Bath Township (Franklin County, Indiana).

Management

The township is administered by a Board of Trustees consisting of three elected members. Two persons are elected in the year after the presidential election and one each in the previous year. The term of office lasts four years, beginning on 1 January. There is also a Township Clerk ( responsible for finance and budget), which is also elected in the year before the presidential election to a four -year term. Whose term of office begins on April 1.
