Renate Dodell

Renate Dodell ( born November 7, 1952 in Lake Main) is a Bavarian politician (CSU ) and Member of the Bavarian Parliament.

Education and work

Renate Dodell After leaving school in 1972 on the math and science high school Weilheim economics / geography for teaching at secondary schools in Munich. In 1977 she passed the second state examination. After three years as a teacher and a family break from 1987 to 1994 she was self-employed in an accounting office.

Renate Dodell is Roman Catholic, divorced and the mother of three children.

Policy

Renate Dodell is a member of the CSU and the Women's Union since 1974. In the CSU, she has held a number of offices within the group. She was 1991-1995 CSU local chairman in Penzberg and 1994-2009 CSU district chairman in the Weilheim -Schongau, and deputy chairman since 2007 District of Upper Bavaria CSU.

From 1996-2009 Renate Dodell circle was Councillor in the Weilheim -Schongau. It's 1994 Member of the Landtag and there deputy since 2003 leader of the CSU parliamentary group since the 17th of October. She represents the voice Weilheim -Schongau district ( constituency Upper Bavaria).

2004 and 2009 Renate Dodell was a member of the 12th and 13th Federal Assembly.

Other offices

Renate Dodell is Deputy Chairman of the Foundation Board of the Bavarian State Foundation, Chair of the Hospice Association in Pfaff angle and a member of many local clubs such as the Bavarian Red Cross, home association Lech -Isar eV, friends outdoor museum southern Bavaria and the Bavarian Association for home care.

Awards

On 14 July 2005 Renate Dodell was awarded the Bavarian Order of Merit.
