Rentistas

Club Atlético Rentistas (nicknamed Bichos colorado, Bicheros ) is a football club based in the district of Cerrito de la Victoria in Montevideo in Uruguay. He played in the 2013/14 season in the top Uruguayan league, La Liga Profesional de Uruguay.

History

The club was founded on 26 March 1933. 1966, won the Divisional Intermedia. 1971, was first master Segunda División Profesional de Uruguay and rose to the highest Uruguayan league, which Primera División on. In the following years, the club reached here in the years 1973 and 1977, each with a 5th place in the final table with the best placements. 1980 finished the season as one table 14th and thus last and dismounted. Only in 1988 was achieved with the second division championship to return to Uruguay's top flight. While in the first two seasons with the ninth achieved a placement in mid-table, they avoided relegation in 1991 initially scarce. In the following year, however, had to be taken up into the House last but one of the final table at the side of Central Español again the gang. 1996 won the club another second division title. This had the re- promotion to the Primera División result. The best finish the club's history was reached there then in 1998 when we qualified as second in the Torneo Clausura and fourth place overall table of the Uruguayan championship for the Copa Conmebol. A renewed descent followed by winning the fourth second league championship in club history at the end of the 2010/11 season once again return to Uruguay's soccer upper house for the season 2011/12. Again, however, could not hold the class. At the end of the season 2012/13 is secured on 29 June 2013, a 3-0 victory over Miramar Misiones the first division participation in the 2013/14 season. There they occupied after the 2013 Apertura fifth.
