Réseau Outre-Mer 1re

Réseau Outre- Mer 1ère ( Outre- Mer 1ère ) is a public- service broadcaster for the overseas territories of France, based in Malakoff near Paris. Messages are sent, education and entertainment.

The station serves the following areas via satellite with 10 television and 10 radio programs:

  • Guadeloupe
  • French Guiana
  • Martinique
  • Mayotte
  • New Caledonia
  • French Polynesia
  • La Réunion
  • Saint- Pierre and Miquelon
  • Wallis and Futuna

In addition, the transmitter emits also the multicultural television France Ô, which mainly emits a mixture of overseas magazines for the migrants in France.

The formerly independent institution belongs since July 2004 France Télévisions group.
