Resusci-Anne

The Resusci Anne, also Rescue Annie or CPR Annie mentioned in the English-speaking world, is a standardized doll that is used as part of first aid for learning and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

The doll is made of a clad torso or full body made ​​of plastic with a compressible chest and simulated airways. Some versions also have electronic measurement instruments, which indicates to the user the correct implementation of the measures.

The Resusci -Anne was developed by the physician Peter Safar in cooperation with the Norwegian toy manufacturers Asmund Laerdal 1960.

The face of the doll is modeled after the face of the unknowns from the Seine.
