Halloweentown 4 - The Witch College ( Original Title: Return to Halloween Town ) is an American fantasy - comedy film from the year 2006 and the third sequel to the comedy Halloween Town - My grandma is a witch from the year 1998 was directed by David Jackson; the screenplay by Max Enscoe, Annie DeYoung, Juliet and Keith Giglio Giglio.

Action

Marnie Piper and her brother Dylan visit the Halloween Town University, which is also known as the Witch University. For curriculum, however, English and history belong instead of witchcraft. Marnie learns that the lesson plan was changed after they opened a gate between the fantasy world and the real world.

Piper finds and opens a box whose contents, an amulet that gives power over other people and once Splendora Cromwell belonged. The amulet is stolen by Dr. Goodwyn, is combated by Marnie, Dylan and Gwen Cromwell.

Kevin Carr wrote on www.7mpictures.com, the movie was better than the previous two sequels of the original film. Sara Paxton embodies the main character with more maturity than its predecessor in the earlier parts of the series.

Awards

The film was nominated in 2007 for Outstanding Art Direction for a Miniseries or Movie Emmy; He also was nominated for production design for Excellence in Production Design Award from the Art Directors Guild 2007.

The movie was filmed in Salt Lake City, Ogden (Utah ) and Provo ( Utah). Its premiere in the United States took place on 20 October 2006.
