Rex Warner
Ernest Rex Warner ( born March 9, 1905 in Birmingham, † June 24, 1986 in Wallingford, Oxfordshire ) was a British writer, scholar and translator.
In addition to his early political satires, which are influenced by Franz Kafka, Rex Warner wrote historical novels with power and responsibility as a theme.
Furthermore, he was known by the translations of Greek classics.
