Ricardo Rojas FrÃas
Ricardo Rojas Frías ( born June 15, 1955) is a former Cuban boxer in the light heavyweight and bronze medalist of the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.
Career
He won, among others, the 7 Central American and Caribbean Championships in 1976 in Kingston, the 7th Gryf Szczeciński Tournament 1976 in Szczecin and the 8th TSC Tournament 1977 in Berlin.
In 1980, he also reached the 3rd place at the 22th Summer Olympic Games in Moscow. After victories against Ismail Khalil from Iraq (5-0 ) and Michael Madsen from Denmark (4:1), he was defeated in the semifinals against Skrzecz Paweł from Poland (2:3).
