Richard Bartsch

Richard Bartsch ( born August 1, 1959 in Nuremberg) is the District President Tags of Middle Franconia. He now lives in Rosstal in the district Buchschwabach.

Life

After leaving school in 1975 Bartsch went through the training to public administration clerks in the municipality of Nuremberg, which he successfully completed in 1978. He then worked in the building code authority, the choice and the staff of the City. Since 1997 he worked as Deputy Head of the Policy and Planning Department special projects at the senior official Nuremberg.

Policy

1976 Bartsch joined the Young Union (JU), where he was from 1979 to 1987 the county chairman for the district of Fürth. In 1977 he joined the CSU. 2003-2009 he was elected a deputy of the regional leaders in the CSU district association Nuremberg, Fürth and Schwabach. In 2007 he was Assessor in local branch of the CSU Ortsverbandes Gostenhof - Muggendorf - Leyh, as well as a co-opted member of the district committee of the CSU district association Nurnberg-West.

Bartsch was from 1984 to 2002 Member of the Municipal Council of the market Rosstal over the years. At the same time, in the period from 1984 to 2008, he was a member of the county council of the district of Fürth.

In the years 1986, 1990, 1994, 1998 and 2003, Bartsch was elected in voting district Fürth- country and in 2008 and 2013, in the voting district Nürnberg- West each directly to the District Council. From 1986 to 1994 he took the post of Group Managing Director of the CSU and from 1994 to 2003 he was leader of the CSU in the county council. On October 16, 2003, he was first on 23 October 2008 and re-elected president of District Tags Middle Franconia. The County Council of Middle Franconia chose Richard Bartsch in its inaugural meeting on October 10, 2013 for the third time in a row for a further five -year term as District Presidents tags.

Promotion of Geriatrics ( Geriatrics )

In 1990, Bartsch founded the geriatric patrons Middle Franconia, and was until 2003 the Chairman. On 30 May 2011 the club was disbanded. In 1993 he was a founding member and second President of the Association Geriatrics Bayern eV. Since 2001 he has been working for this community the first chairman. In addition Bartsch is chairman of the board of municipal company district hospitals Middle Franconia and the training center for the blind and visually impaired Nuremberg.
