Richard Dougherty
Richard Leo Dougherty (* August 5, 1932 in International Falls, Minnesota ) is a retired American professional ice hockey player.
Career
Richard Dougherty attended the University of Minnesota. He then took part in the World Championships in 1955 and 1957 and at the Winter Olympics 1956 in Cortina d' Ampezzo for the U.S. ice hockey team. At the Winter Games in 1956 he won the silver medal with his team. In 2003, he was inducted into the United States Hockey Hall of Fame.
