Richard Dunthorne

Richard Dunthorne (* 1711, † March 3, 1775 ) was an English astronomer and surveyor.

Richard Dunthorne worked in Cambridge as astronomical and scientific assistant to Roger Long, and for many years as an expert in window. According to him, the lunar crater is named Dunthorne.
