Richard Honig

Richard Martin Honey ( born January 3, 1890 in Gniezno, Poznan, † February 25, 1981 in Göttingen ) was a German criminal law.

Life

Richard was honey since 1925 professor in Göttingen in 1933 and emigrated to Istanbul, where he taught at the university. There he wrote introductions to the Turkish law and in the philosophy of law (both 1934 et seq.) In 1939 he emigrated to the United States. After his retirement in the U.S. In 1963, he came regularly to teaching and research visits to Germany. Honey is considered one of the pioneers of the doctrine of objective attribution in criminal law.
