Rico Schmitt ( born September 27, 1968 in Karl- Marx-Stadt ) is a German football coach. Currently he trains the third division Kickers Offenbach.

Rico Schmitt began his career in 1975 at FC Karl- Marx-Stadt and went through all the youth teams of the power center.
