The riese und müller GmbH is a German bicycle manufacturer based in Darmstadt, Germany. The company was founded in 1993 as a garage company of Markus Riese and Heiko Müller.

Origin of the company was the distribution developed by Markus Riese ear warmers Hot Ears that can be directly fixed to the bicycle helmet.
