Rights and Equality Party

The Hak ve Eşitlik Partisi ( HEPAR, German: " Party for Justice and Equality ") is a nationalist faction in Turkey.

The founder is former General Osman Pamukoğlu who is best known for his role in the war against the banned separatist group PKK. The emblem of the party is a " Anatolian Eagle" in a sun.

In the 2011 parliamentary elections the party won 0.28 percent of the vote.
