Riikka Manner

Manner has a master's degree in social and economic science. She worked as a press assistant to the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Policy, then the Foreign Ministry. She then worked for a Member of the Finnish Parliament and a member of the City Council of Varkaus.

Since 2009, Manner Member of the European Parliament. In 2012 she was chosen as one of three vice-chairmen of the center.
