Rio Claro Futebol Clube

The Rio Claro Futebol Clube is a Brazilian football team from Rio Claro in São Paulo.

History

The club was founded on 9 May 1909 as Rio Claro Football Club by a teacher named Joaquim Arnold, a railroad employee named Bento Estevam Siqueira, Constantino Carrocine and João Lambach. Years later, the club was renamed to its present name.

On July 14, 1928 we completed the first international match in England against HMS Capton.

2002 you master the Campeonato Paulista B1 was after the Guaratinguetá Esporte Clube defeated in the final. In 2005, the Rio Claro FC Vice at the Copa Paulista de Futebol, and in 2007 qualified one first time for the Série A1.
