Rita König
Rita King - Roman (* as Rita King, March 12, 1977 in Satu Mare, Romania) is a Romanian - German foil fencer from Transylvania.
She is one of the National fencers sathmarschwäbischer descent, as well as Zita radio Hauser, Monika Weber and her sister Susanne King. Already in the years 1991, 1992 and 1993, they were each awarded the Young German youth sports. The Junior World Champion from 1995 missed then 1996, then coached by Lajos Somodi, as Fifth of German Foil ranking nearly participation at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. It was Team World Champion 1999. At the games in 2000, she won the individual silver medal and the bronze medal with the team. Since 2003 she is married to the former fencer Uwe Romans. Currently she is a trainer in the TG Würzburg.
